Can you eat the pizza all by yourself?
Well if you can't eat it by yourself round up some friends to eat with you it will be fun!

Now that you have friends to help you eat your pizza. You'll need to call the pizza hut's telephone nomber. Like we bruneians, our favourite choice is pizza hut. And you'll need a phone! Just like the picture above.

Just order the things you need. That will make your tummy nyummy and feeling good. You don't need to buy many pizzas if you can't afford it, just buy the combo meals that will save your budget and good for your health. :)

Having trouble picking up the pizza's at their shop? No transportation?
No need to worry, they have their own transportation to send your delicious pizza.
But some transports needs to be paid for sending the pizza's to your home, and its not that expensive I assume all of you can afford it ;)

You'll just have to wait and wait and wait for 30 minutes or more depends on the speed of the people who cooks the pizza.

Sir Timothy Unleashes His Anger

The story starts when me , khaliq and buddy went down. Sir Tim called us to inform everybody in the class to do a classwork, he was busy helping Mr.Asokan. Then after the conversation is over we went to our class.

When we enter the class we told the boys to do the classwork, but their exercise books was still at Sir Tim's Possession. So we already told all the guys and girls in the classroom by shouting. We told them, But like usual, they ignored it. The boys were playing papers. The girls Talk-The-Talk-And-Walk-The-Walk . Me, I was just standing near the door watching them play and have fun like childs play.

Suddenly helmi warned me that Sir Timothy is coming. Soo I announced to all the students that the teacher was coming. Then all of them were running to their seats. Now they listen to me. Why didn't they listened to me before.

When Sir Tim Enters The class, I can already tell that he is angry. He slams the book on the table. All of us were still laughing, after that we greet the teacher. Then Sir Tim suddenly shouts at us. He scolded buddy,khaliq and me. I wanted to tell Sir that we already announced the info to them but they didn't listen. But I still kept listening to his advice of ANGER. Yeah, Sir Tim's face then turned red.(Biasa lah lau urang marah merah pipi bukan ijau). He wanted us to cooperate with him but we didn't listened, we IGNORED all his sayings. And kept talking,gigling,shouting and playing. Sir Tim gave us one chance, if we make ONE more MISTAKE! He will not teach us anymore. Those were his words. He even said " I DONT GIVE A SH!T ". All his words makes me want to change everything. Haziq even told me all his words makes him very mad. Well ofcourse the one who is RESPONSIBLE for the class is the MONITOR and the ASSISTANT MONITOR.

After Sir Tim went out from the class. They all were complaining to us that we DID NOT tell them about the classwork and keeping their mouth shut tight. Now they are blaming us, our class is getting worse than usual. Before, we were good students..we usually listen to the teachers and cooperate with them, but now, I dont know what happened to the old Year 9P. All of them has changed. Not to good teenagers but to worse teenagers. So I hope that we can cooperate and make ourselves a good examples for the upcoming SPN-21 students, that is year 8.

THE Melbourne Shuffle and the Hardstyle dance routine has become in-creasingly popular with young Bruneians, judging by the increasing number of youths who gather twice weekly to learn the dance.

The group who call themselves the Brunei Hardstyle Community, or BHC, have even started their own website last year. It is mainly teenagers who form the core of the BHC, although it has younger and older members as well.

The Melbourne Shuffle which is a kind of dance, started in Melbourne, hence its name. It began to gain popularity after late 1980's, evolving from using techno music to hardstyle music. This later began to be called the Hardstyle Shuffle.

As the many variations began to be placed online in YouTube, it spread to Malaysia and Brunei. "We have posted videos of our own members doing the Hardstyle dance routines on YouTube, and events, music and biodata of members on the website," said Muhd Hanif Md Shamshul, the creator of the website at www. Bruneishuffle.ning.com.

According to Muhd Hanif, the website has attracted more than 500 members from Brunei, Malaysia, Australia and even as far as Russia. The group has over 60 members in Bandar Seri Begawan itself with some as young as eight and others in the 20-25 age group. It's an exciting trend; the youngsters who call themselves by nicknames, like "Pink Lover", "Cookie Monster", or "Speeker Buii" are almost always found at the same place, by the riverside front opposite the Mall from 6pm onwards. On weekends, the gathering starts as early as 3pm. "We have breaks of course, for meals, and prayers," said Muhd Hanif.

However, so far, they have preferred to keep a low profile, and do not participate in concerts, competitions or events. This is because they feel their pastime may attract some flak from the more orthodox dance groups, he added. "Many do not see it as a proper dance routine, because it is a freestyle kind of dance. They don't recognise this form of dancing.

For us, it's a challenge to learn the styles shown by those from Australia and Japan via the internet." He added, "It's a way of expressing ourselves, and besides, for the young generation, there are not much things to do or places to go."

"Currently, we are learning the moves of the Malaysian style, which started four to five years ago," said 14-year-old Hamizan Hassan. Mohd Aiyeed Mat Ali, 16, aka "flashback" and Mohd Azri Azizan Hj Sulaiman or Azrie, 17, said they hope to make BHC a group for youths throughout Brunei. They wear black t-shirts with their words BHC emblazoned in bright green on the front and back, and caps. The idea of starting a Brunei shuffle group for teens was mooted by Azrin Safri, 15.

Besides generating interest in the shuffle, it was also a good way to exercise and work off stress, he said. Their group which is just two years old, is attracting new members all the time. The initial members are from the Kuala Belait district. They started teaching the local Brunei youth, when they came to Bandar Seri Begawan. For them, it is a good hobby, and they keep in touch via their website.

Many learnt from scratch, having watched videos of the dance from You Tube, like Mohd Waie Syafiie Hj Moksin aka Pink Lover. He demonstrated his technique of the Hardstyle and then the Melbourne Shuffle, using the fast heel-and-toe movements distinctive of the dance, with arm movements as well.

Ahmadii Hj Muhammad, 18, said there were two kinds of shuffle done by the group, the Hardstyle, which he prefers, and the Melbourne aka "old school" version of the shuffle. "Every evening more than 40 of us gather to work at our routines.

It's a good way to work off stress and exercise as well as they last for more than two hours, " he said. Besides breaking the monotony of school work or office, their new hobby is one way for them to make new friends and hang out with each other.

They plan to host a party for shufflers at Kuala Belait, on March 21, at the Swiss Hotel, from 3pm till midnight. Tickets are priced at $20 and it is open to the public.

Have you experienced sleep paralysis? It's when you suddenly woke up and you find you can't move. For people who has never experienced it, it's a terrifying experience (at least for me).

I did remembered the first time I experienced sleep paralysis. I was 10 years old back then . But what I remember is that it was Thursday night(Malam Jumat). As usual, I stayed up late because my cousin came from bandar for a sleepover .So me and my cousin's are watching a horor movie . We all screamed ! shout ! yeah we were scared . But I'm quite brave now (compared to when I was younger) so usually I don't get scared easily. But that night I felt a bit different. I felt more nervous and scared while wacthing the movie. As soon as the show ended, I got ready for bed. I fell asleep and was dreaming about driving a car. My siblings were in the back seat and I was driving. Suddenly, the car seemed very heavy. I pressed down the accelerator, willing the car to move forward. It felt heavier by the second. It inspired me and scared me a little. And then it happened! I felt like my legs were lifted off the bed for a second or two. Then it felt like it was released and suddenly it feels like there's this thing pressing down on me. I can't seemed to move. I can't even open my eyes. It was like I'm trapped and helpless.Its like someone is on top of you holding your hands,legs,head,body,eyes yeah everything you have that is stuck to your body(This Is Not Sexual). I tried reading Ayat Kursi but everytime I almost finished, I just forgot the words. It happened many times. And at last i felt really annoyed. I summoned all the strength I have and I pushed with all energy that I have inside of me and poof! Just like that, it was gone. I was able to move and open my eyes. I switched on my table lamp. I sat up on my bed, pulling the covers over my body. I looked at the window and I thought I saw the window area started to be covered in fog. I ran to the light switch and switched on the light. I hid under cover and texted a friend whom I know is an insomniac. I tried falling back to sleep but I still feel its presence where I slept. Maybe I was just being paranoid, I don't know. It was only after I switched to the middle of the bed, closer to my cousin, that I was able to finally fall asleep. The whole time, my cousin was oblivious to what had happened to me. However, it was my cousin who first experienced sleep paralysis. In his case, the first time he experienced it, after that "thing" lifted off him, he felt it moved or rather flew to the left side, where I was sleeping.

I had many many more episodes of sleep paralysis but it was not so severe. So did my cousin who was sleeping next to me. Once, he was able to force his eyes open and he saw a black thing on top of him when he looked in the mirror while having sleep paralysis.

Another memorable sleep paralysis episode happened one dusk on a Sunday. I just got back from my grandparents house and was feeling very tired and sleepy. It was probably close to maghrib. I lay down on the bed and not long after I fell asleep, something heavy was pressing down on me. I could hardly breathe!(No~ Air~No~ Air~) I couldn't open my eyes. And then I saw a women with her long black hair falling down covering her face except her eyes. A second or two after I saw those vicious, angry eyes, suddenly the face was just inches away from my face. "It" was on top of me. At that moment, the weight on top of me became heavier and I felt like I was going to suffocate. Once again, I summoned all the strength I had inside me and just pushed! And just like that it was gone and I woke up gasping.

I no longer had those episodes since I went abroad for a year. I either heard or read somewhere that if the disturbance happened repeatedly, it might be deliberate, that somebody may be sending "those" to you. So becareful and if you do experienced one , do not open your eyes it may frighten you . Use the force! Rock Baybeyh \m/
